EMAIL FRAUD ALERT

Our firm has become aware of fraudulent activities using email and/or other correspondence which purports to be from our firm or an attorney of our firm, involving, among others, a request for money transfer in connection with contrived legal case or transaction.

Our firm has also become aware of "spoofing emails" sent in the name of our firm or attorney to others without our authorization. "Spoofing" means the use of a forged email address or forged domain name to send spam illegally or commit fraud. The "Sender" or "From" line in these forged emails shows our firm or an attorney of our firm, but in fact the email comes from a person who has no connection with our firm. It is relatively easy to steal email addresses, and as a result, many individuals and companies have been the victims of email "spoofing".

We have no relationship at all with any of such activities. Also, we do not send spam or unsolicited commercial emails, unsolicited emails that ask for personal or confidential information, emails that contain defamatory, obscene or insulting language or emails that are filled with nonsensical or unintelligible language to avoid spam filters.

If you receive such kind of email or any email or contact which you do not expect or are otherwise suspicious, PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION. The email could be a "spoof" email from, and the contact may be a means of fraud by, a criminal seeking to defraud you. Do not provide any requested information. Do not open any attachment of the email since it could contain a virus. Do not reply because your reply will go to the perpetrator of the fraud, not us. Do not act in reliance on any such email or contact.

We regret if you are victimized by spam or phony email that falsifies an email address or domain name of our firm or an attorney of our firm, or by other contact that falsifies name of our firm or an attorney of our firm, but we are a victim too. This is criminal conduct beyond our control. Our firm is not responsible for the unauthorized use of the email addresses or name of our firm or an attorney of our firm by others, and disclaims any legal liability for any harm or losses that such unauthorized use may cause. If you have been defrauded by such phony email or contact which purports to be from our firm or an attorney of our firm, please contact the relevant government authorities, and please do not report that our firm or an attorney of our firm is a sender of spam or the source of the fraud. We appreciate your understanding.
